Hailey Frilot

Hailey Frilot is Mendwell's Outreach Coordinator, dedicated to connecting our mission with the communities we serve. With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University and certification as a Surgical Technologist, Hailey has always been passionate about healthcare and enhancing the well-being of others. Her background has provided her with a unique perspective on compassionate care, which she brings to every aspect of her work at Mendwell.

Hailey is excited to lead community engagement efforts, fostering partnerships and raising awareness about pelvic health. She believes in the power of education and outreach to make healthcare more accessible and inclusive for everyone.

Outside of her professional role, Hailey enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that means a cozy night in or exploring new places. Her dogs are constant companions, bringing extra joy to every adventure. Hailey also loves to travel, connecting with diverse cultures and finding inspiration in new experiences.
